Happy Tears (prev. known as Red Tears) is a one-person operation run from my home kitchen. I make every bottle of hot sauce myself, from sourcing the Guntur Red Chillies and Bhoot Jolokia peppers to blending and bottling each batch by hand.
I keep things simple: quality ingredients, small batches, and no artificial preservatives. Just hot sauce made the way I think it should be made.

All orders come with free shipping, and I include a complimentary packet of 'Kinda Hot Spice Mix' with every bottle - a spicy garlic powder blend made with the same chillies I use in the sauces. Mix it into oil for chilli oil, sprinkle it on whatever you're eating, or get creative with it.
